The production Chevrolet Bolt will debut early next year at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January.
GM executive vice president Mark Reuss confirmed the news at the 2015 L.A. Auto Show, meaning the Bolt will go from concept to production in about a year’s time. After the Chevrolet Bolt concept debuted at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, GM didn’t waste time confirming the Bolt would launch in 2016.
Over the past few years, CES has become more prominent with vehicles and automakers showing up to Las Vegas, filling the hallways with next-generation driving technologies to go alongside shiny new flatscreen displays and home audio equipment.
