The Tesla Model S has once again been named the best overall new car by Consumer Reports.
With an overall score of 99/100, the Model S retains its overall crown for the second straight year, just edging out the BMW M235i which earned a score of 98. “For all of the impressive new vehicles released in 2014, none was able to eclipse the innovation, magnificence, and sheer technological arrogance of the Tesla,” says the report. “That’s why it’s our best overall pick for the second consecutive year.”
